IronFX has been operating in the Forex business since 2010. The broker is regulated by Cyprus authority – CySEC (Licence no. 125/10). As the company states: “With up to $600 CPA, Iron affiliates can profit from the international renown of a solid, multi award-winning broker partnered with the world’s most successful football team, FC Barcelona.” However, we have investigated the statement and have not found any evidence of such partnership. Here is the list of official partners of FC Barcelona and IronFX is not listed among them.
The company has offices in 20 countries, and serves customers in 180 countries around the world. They do not offer their financial services to residents of certain jurisdictions such as USA, Iran, Cuba, Sudan, Syria and North Korea.

IronFX affiliates warning
In recent years there has been increasing number of very negative IronFX reviews, complaints and problems. Both – from IronFX clients (you can find it e.g. here – Iron FX is currently even marked as SCAM broker) as well as from IronFX IBs (see this link). People, as well as the affiliates are mainly complaining about problematic withdrawals of their money.
On August 6th 2015 Cysec started an investigation against IronFX. According to official Cysec announcement, the investigation was due to the “increasing number of complaints submitted by investors against the Cyprus Investment Firm IronFX Global Ltd.” (the link). On November 27th 2015 Cysec announced they had reached an agreement with IronFX. IronFX had to pay fine € 335,000 to settle this matter. As Cysec states in the decision: “there was reasonable suspicion of it (IronFX) committing possible violations of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2007 (the ‘Law’) and of the Directives issued pursuant to the Law.” (Cysec board decision link). Among other things the decision says that IronFX “must take all reasonable steps to obtain, when executing orders, the best possible result for its clients.”
IronFX acts as a market maker – the broker makes money from the spreads that are embedded in the currency rates. Due to this fact, the Cysec investigation results and the huge fine of € 335,000 there are many questions about reliability and fairness of the broker.
Taking into account all the available information, experience and persistant problems, we have no other option just advise you against doing any business with IronFX broker. We have also received an email offer from a new company called FXGiants. They offer CPA up to $800. According to our information it is just another branch of the IronFX IB program.
Our conclusion: at this moment NOT RECOMMENDED program for IBs and affiliates
